Armed with more than a decade of experience as a video-journalist in the Americas and in Asia working for major news organizations, Clément Bürge is now a freelance filmmaker and reporter based in London.
Clément honed his skills studying journalism at New York University as a Fulbright Scholar, the International Center for Photography (ICP) and produced short documentaries for the Wall Street Journal out of Hong Kong for more than five years.
A passionate visual storyteller, Clément is keen to capture pristine footage that emphasizes the human nature of the people he films and that leads to change.
His work was awarded the most prestigious business journalism honors such as the Loeb and Sabew Awards, Asia’s most prestigious journalism award the SOPAs, and the Human Rights Press Awards.
Working out of London, Clément accepts commission work as director of photography, producer or video-reporter for news outlets, documentaries or corporate projects. He works in English and in French.
